OT Group Therapy

Group therapy offers many benefits for children, including opportunities to develop social communication, cooperation, emotional regulation, confidence, and problem-solving skills through shared activities and peer interaction. Participating in a group setting also helps children practice skills in a more natural and dynamic environment while fostering a sense of belonging and connection. Guided by occupational therapists, each group is structured to encourage participation, promote independence, and support each child’s individual growth within a collaborative setting.

Our Occupational Therapy (OT) group programs are developed in response to the evolving needs of the community. Groups are created based on identified areas of need, allowing children to connect with peers who may share similar goals and experiences.

OT Sibling and Dyad Sessions

Sibling sessions and dyad-based occupational therapy options are also available.

Sibling and dyad-based sessions can provide additional opportunities to strengthen relationships, build co-regulation and communication skills, and support positive interactions in everyday routines and activities.

Contact our OT, Brynne, directly if you have interest in sibling or dyad-based sessions.
