Nibble Ninjas (5-9 year olds)

Many meal time struggles for families revolve around picky eating. If getting your child to try something new is a challenge or you feel like your child is living on a very limited diet, this group is for you!

This Occupational Therapist (OT) lead group utilizes evidence-based approaches to support children in building their tolerance to engage with new and different foods. This group will use a scaffolded approach to increase each child's exposure, comfort, and interest levels with new and/or undesired foods. Children are provided with a low pressure, fun and playful environment with alike peers to create a new relationship with food. 

All food will be provided by the clinic!
