One-On-One Caregiving/Parenting Support

Here at Tessellate Child and Family Therapy, we believe in supporting the entire family and holding space for each family member to feel heard and understood. Being a parent/caregiver is incredibly rewarding but it can also be very challenging, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Our team strives to hold safe spaces for parents/caregivers to come to talk about parenting highs and lows, express their feelings, and learn new skills and strategies that can be implemented at home with their children. We work with parents/caregivers to find tools and skills that take into account their unique child and parenting style. Our goal is to see parents/caregivers grow their sense of confidence in helping their child thrive.
