Stephanie is a pediatric physiotherapist who is passionate about helping children of all ages and abilities develop the confidence to move, play, and participate in the activities they love. Working with infants through adolescents (0–18 years), she believes that therapy should be fun, engaging, and tailored to each child's unique strengths, interests, and goals.
Over the past two years, Steph has worked with children across both orthopedic and neurological populations. She has a special interest in supporting infants and toddlers as they develop motor milestones such as rolling, crawling, standing, and walking. She also enjoys helping school-aged children improve their strength, balance, coordination, and confidence so they can thrive in sports, the classroom, and everyday life.
As a former competitive dancer, Steph has a particular passion for working with young dancers. She enjoys helping them recover from injuries, optimize movement patterns, and build strength to reduce injury risk and support long-term participation in dance.
Steph has extensive experience working with children with a wide range of neurological conditions, including cerebral palsy, spinal muscular atrophy, acquired brain injuries, developmental delays, and rare genetic conditions. She is especially passionate about creating an inclusive, child-led environment where neurodivergent children feel supported, understood, and empowered to achieve meaningful goals.
In addition to pediatric physiotherapy, Steph has completed advanced training in the TheraSuit Method and has pursued specialized education in pediatric pelvic health. She provides assessment and treatment for pediatric bowel and bladder dysfunction (BBD) and pelvic floor dysfunction, supporting children experiencing concerns such as constipation, daytime urinary incontinence, bedwetting, urinary urgency and frequency, and bowel accidents. Her goal is to help children and families navigate these challenges with compassion, evidence-based care, and practical strategies that improve quality of life.
Steph completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours Specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences) at Western University before earning her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. She is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues continuing education to provide the highest standard of evidence-informed pediatric care.
Outside the clinic, you'll likely find Steph exploring Toronto's coffee shops, training for her next race, or spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to partnering with children and their families to celebrate every milestone - big or small - and make therapy a positive and rewarding experience.

Stephanie is excited to start this journey with your child and your family!
